Warehouse Associate


Snelling Staffing is currently searching for a Warehouse Associate for a company located in Holland Michigan! The Warehouse Associate is a second shift position that offers great room for advancement within the company. Hours for the Warehouse Associate will be : 
Sunday hours : Noon – 9pm
Monday, Wednesday and Thursday 2 pm – 11pm
Tuesday: 2pm – 9pm
With a full crew rotating Sundays and Tuesdays off.

Duties of a Warehouse Associate:

  • Unload empties off trailers
  • Washout trailers as weather permits
  • Load trailers for the next day deliveries
  • Work 5 days a week, Sunday thru Thursday.
  • Lift 40 lbs / push or pull 300 lbs
  • Work outside in seasonal temps.

Responsibilities of a Warehouse Associate:

  • This position requires strong physical endurance, as Warehouse Associates are on their feet throughout the day bending, stooping, and lifting up to 50 pounds
  • Communicate and coordinate with one another to perform duties and tasks and ensure all processes are done correctly
  • Working with inventory requires basic arithmetic skills. Use addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
  • Operate a variety of different machines. Familiar with directions for operating machinery and follow safety regulations when handling equipment and moving parts
